By purchasing the course through any computer, mobile, phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understand and are bound by our terms and conditions.

1. Offshore Marine Training Institute will not give you any surety of job
2. The fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Failure to pay fees by due date shall result in imposition of one
4. Batch transfer are not permitted. In Special cases if allowed the students will be required to pay the requisite transfer fee.
5. The Institute reserves the right in make any changes [amendments to terms and condition of admission at anytime.
6. Student is required to inform the Institute about any change in his/her contact details including permanent/ corresp./PG address email-id at any point of time
7. The Institute may make mandatory the submission of any certificate or documents before or at the time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise,as decided by the Institute
8. Students undertake/ certify that the documents submitted by him/her are original/ genuine and not fake and to the best of his/her knowledge . If fount otherwise the fee of the student shall be forfeited and separate legal action would be taken by the Institute.
9. Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or otherwise if fails to full any condition.
10. Institute will charge the fee for various facilities like reappear/ backlog etc. as decided from time to time.
11. Our Offshore Marine Training Institute provides a complete course program. Therefore either pay the complete whole fee at admission time. If you are not able to pay a whole fee at a time our institute gives a smart EMI Facility but the EMI facility is not your right. It’s only an Institute facility. 12. Student should keep himself/ herself well versed with the updates in the Institute through our notice boards/website. Institute is not responsible for any individual intimation of information.
13. Offshore Marine Training Institute is a Educational Institute, it does not give any job orientation.
14. In the event of any disputes between the parties the courts of Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. ऑफशोर मरीन ट्रेंनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट आपको नौकरी की कोई गारंटी नहीं देगा।
2. भुगतान की गई फीस किसी भी परिस्थिति में अप्रतिदेय और अहस्तांतरणीय है।
3. नियत तारीख तक शुल्क का भुगतान करने में विफलता के परिणामस्वरूप एक का आरोप लगाया जाएगा ।
4. बैच स्थानांतरण की अनुमति नहीं है। विशेष मामलों में यदि अनुमति दी जाती है तो छात्रों को अपेक्षित स्थानांतरण शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
5. संस्थान किसी भी समय [प्रवेश के नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन] किसी भी परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
6. छात्र को किसी भी समय स्थायी/पुष्टि/पीजी पता ईमेल-आईडी सहित अपने संपर्क विवरण में किसी भी बदलाव के बारे में संस्थान को सूचित करना आवश्यक है।
7. संस्थान किसी भी प्रमाण पत्र या दस्तावेजों को प्रवेश के समय या प्रवेश के समय या बाद में, प्रवेश के उद्देश्य के लिए या अन्यथा, जैसा कि संस्थान द्वारा तय किया गया है, जमा करना अनिवार्य कर सकता है।
8. छात्र यह वचन देते/प्रमाणित करते हैं कि उनके द्वारा प्रस्तुत किए गए दस्तावेज मूल/वास्तविक हैं और नकली नहीं हैं और उनकी जानकारी के अनुसार हैं। अन्यथा पाए जाने पर छात्र की फीस जब्त कर ली जाएगी और संस्थान द्वारा अलग से कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
9. यदि छात्र प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज जमा करने में विफल रहता है या अन्यथा किसी भी शर्त को पूरा करने में विफल रहता है तो संस्थान प्रवेश रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
10. संस्थान समय-समय पर निर्धारित विभिन्न सुविधाओं जैसे पुन: प्रकट/बैकलॉग आदि के लिए शुल्क लेगा।
11. हमारा ऑफशोर मरीन ट्रेंनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट एक संपूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम कार्यक्रम प्रदान करता है। इसलिए या तो प्रवेश के समय पूरी फीस का भुगतान करें। अगर आप एक बार में पूरी फीस नहीं दे पा रहे हैं तो हमारा संस्थान स्मार्ट ईएमआई की सुविधा देता है लेकिन ईएमआई की सुविधा आपका अधिकार नहीं है। यह केवल एक संस्थान की सुविधा है। सर्वाधिकार सुरक्षित ऑफशोर मरीन ट्रेंनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट।
12. छात्र को हमारे नोटिस बोर्ड/वेबसाइट के माध्यम से संस्थान में होने वाले अपडेट से खुद को अच्छी तरह वाकिफ रखना चाहिए। सूचना की किसी भी व्यक्तिगत सूचना के लिए संस्थान जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
13. ऑफशोर मरीन ट्रेंनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट एक एजुकेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट है, यह कोई जॉब ओरिएंटेशन नहीं देता है।
14. पक्षों के बीच किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में जयपुर राजस्थान की अदालतों का विशेष अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।
